| I had an interesting conversation. In the midst of the conversations the phase "no forgiveness until repentance" and was used in the context of brother to brother. Is that how we are supposed to treat each other. To hold crudges until the other brother comes to us and asks forgivness. I am looking for scripture on this one for when I talk to this person again. | Since I am being pestered by my adoring fans I will post another blog. This one is going to slightly different. It is actually on the serious side. I am giving one of the classes at the October Gathering in Michigan on the topic "Views from the cross" and I am going to pick your brain for discussion. My class is on Nicodeamus and Joseph of Arimathea (sp?). One of the main things that I have been looking at is why was it when Christ died it drove all his closest followers into hiding yet drew these two men out of hiding to publicly associate themselves with Jesus? Obviously I have my own thoughts and ideas but I am wanting to here others. |
